Refund Policy

Part 1. Our Return & Exchange Policy


1.1 We allows for return & exchange if you've changed mind about a product.

1.2 First of all, please contact us at cs.gaston.au@gmail.com within 15 days upon receipt of the order the following subject that you have changed mind, product(s) is/are faulty/damaged (not packing box).
Please note to the following terms and conditions.

1) Product must be in its original condition: Packging must be un-opened, un-used, un-marked and Not defaced in any manner.
2) Product purchased as part of a set or multi pack must be returned as a whole set.
3) This return policy does not apply to products which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
4) Regarding shipping cost related with the returns& exchanges of the products will not be cover by Gaston. (More details to be continued Part 2)
5) The return is a result of our errors (such as sending wrong or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping cost. (More details to be continued Part 2 )

When you email to us, please write into as follow as details,

-Order Number
-Date of Order
-Return or Exchange items description (Such as name and size etc)
-Why you'd like to return
-Product's Photos ( product damaged or faulty ONLY)
Then we will send you confirmation email as soon as possible.


Please kindly note that we will not accept any returns & exchanges if you send us without our confirmation email.


Part 2. What's the return process


2.1 Once you got the confirmation email from us, then click "here" and submit "the return form" on the linked page. and please return the goods within 7 days within the return form

2.2 An metioned "Return & Exchanges" Poilcy as Part. 1 (1.2 (1),(2) )


All return goods must be in resonable condition (unopened, unused and undamaged) unless not product faulty.
The returning goods have to be same condition as when you received.

2.3 Rerun to change mind ( as metioned Part. 1 also we don't cover the shipping cost )

We will accept an exchange with an administration fee with included 2nd shipping fee of $15.00

Upon the return, the product(s) will be inspected for quality control and hygiene purposes.
If any evidence of the goods have (has) been opened/used or not sellable condition, we can not accept
the exchange or make credit to you for next time order.
